Roby is a variant of the 1958 Yonezawa Robby Astronaut,(the blue version with the youthfull almost child-like face inside a diving- bell helmet..)

They both share the same legs and body,with exactly the same chest plate(same colors)!

Also the hands are hanging and swinging-like ready to fall..

Roby sports a cylindrical/dome-shaped tin head,and very nice lithographic detailing that breaks the dominant black color..

Roby's box is very hard to locate and almost doubles it's market value... It features Roby the robot, on a Martian mountainious field.(pictures courtesy of Alphadrome).
