SNK,was a small time Japanese toymaker,best known for their copy (in more than one variation) of Zoomer type robots, but they also manufactured toys of other varieties.

This is clearly a keywind version of Flashy Jim.

This robot has fixed legs and nice lithographic details on it's chest..

During operation Robbie shuffles forward by it's hidden pins in his feet, while his arms swing at side..
